Reversing Runaway Inequality - Focus on Money in Politics
The economy is a mess for everyone except the super rich. Those with power have designed a system to rip wealth from our commnuities and leave us behind. They've decided that poverty should be our way of life and are doing everything they can to keep us down. Join us as we look at the root causes of runaway inequality in this interactive workshop.

Protecting New York: Stopping a Constitutional Convention
New York voters will decide in November whether or not to have a Constitutional Convention next year. With a Trump administration in control and an empowered conservative right in New York and beyond, it's essential that we protect our rights. During this workshop, we'll explore what's at risk for New Yorkers if there is a Constitutional Convention and how we can organize in our communities to stop it.

Block by Block Organizing
With Trump and the Republicans in control of the presidency and both houses of Congress (and the GOP-aligned IDC blocking legislative progress in NYS), the only way we are going to win on the issues is by building the infrastructure to sustain a prolonged fight for power. We must work strategically in our communities to win the hearts and minds of our neighbors, and we must start now, working to mobilize supporters and shift the worldview of those in the center by repeatedly engaging them in deep conversations and building the community power necessary to WIN in 2018 and beyond. Join us, for a look at the strategy and tools you will need to succeed in organizing your neighborhood, block by block.
