With Trump and the Republicans in control of the presidency and both houses of Congress (and the GOP-aligned IDC blocking legislative progress in NYS), the only way we are going to win on the issues is by building the infrastructure to sustain a prolonged fight for power. We must work strategically in our communities to win the hearts and minds of our neighbors, and we must start now, working to mobilize supporters and shift the worldview of those in the center by repeatedly engaging them in deep conversations and building the community power necessary to WIN in 2018 and beyond.
