Building Strong Solidarity: Lessons from Beyond the Moment & The Majority

This year an unprecedented collective effort took place that brought together organizations from the Movement for Black Lives, Immigrant Rights, Indigenous Rights, Latinx Rights, Muslim and South Asian communities, the LGBT community, and low wage workers under the banner of "Beyond the Moment." Groups from various communities all marched together under the banner "The Majority."

Through merging Dr. King's elevation of the three evils of Capitalism, Anti-Blackness, and Militarism with the urgency of today's resistance, we have a unique opportunity to bring together communities and movements that have yet to build deep national and local collaboration

Join an interactive workshop of the opportunities, challenges, and needs for strong, durable solidarity where we confront our differences, not hide them, in the age of neo-fascism and high-tech white supremacy.
