Structural racism is the blind interaction between institutions, policies, and practices that perpetuate long-standing inequities. Whether we acknowledge it or not, racism remains a pervasive problem in our society. To dismantle structural racism, we need to break through the collective amnesia that blinds us to our nation’s history. Together, we'll work to promote the building of multi-racial social justice movements.
